Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing collectors with high-quality artworks and a thoughtful experience. Due to the unique and delicate nature of art, our return and exchange policy differs from general consumer goods. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your artwork, only if the item is damaged during shipping or significantly mismatched with your order.
We regret that we cannot accept any return or exchange requests made after 7 days.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange
We will only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• The artwork was severely damaged during shipping (must be supported with unpacking photos or videos);
• The item significantly differs from the order (e.g., wrong artwork, incorrect size or style);
• The item is a non-custom artwork, unused, unhung, and in original condition with complete packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Custom or commissioned pieces (e.g., personalized works, client-directed concepts, made-to-order dimensions);
• Returns due to subjective reasons such as “change of mind” or “style doesn’t match”;
• Artwork that has been used, displayed, soiled, or damaged after receipt;
• Items with missing original packaging, certificates, or authentication documents;
• Requests made after the 7-day window.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

 • Please email us with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting images or videos;
 • We will review your request within 3 business days;
 • If approved, you will be asked to safely repackage the item and ship it to the provided return address;
 •  Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Please do not send the artwork back to the artist or studio directly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Additional Notes

• As artworks are high-value and often one-of-a-kind, please confirm all details carefully before purchase.
• We recommend recording a video during unpacking as proof in case of damage claims.
• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the return. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
