Delicately unfolding across five panels, Traces in the Rain evokes a mist-covered landscape where mountains drift in and out of view. The artwork is created on traditional Xuan paper, capturing the organic diffusion of ink, then sealed with a resin finish that provides both visual softness and lasting protection. Gentle gradients and flowing textures convey a scene at once grounded and ethereal.
The title speaks to the subtle marks left by time and nature—impressions that linger, yet remain elusive. Ideal for hotel lobbies, office receptions, meditation rooms, or cultural interiors, this piece infuses any space with a calm and contemplative Eastern sensibility.
